Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
• Active Georgia State License is Required to Start the Position
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC
• Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
