[Responsibilities]

- Develop and execute clear, integrated communication strategies to promote the 1LMX platform.
- Design compelling visual content and graphics to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Create audience-focused messaging for internal and external channels, including press releases, speeches, articles, websites, presentations, and multimedia assets.
- Partner with engineering, program management, and leadership to ensure consistency and clarity across all communications.
- Reinforce the 1LMX value proposition to drive stakeholder engagement and platform adoption.
- Measure communication effectiveness and continuously optimize messaging and materials.

[Required Skills and Experience]

- Minimum 15 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related role.
- Proven expertise in designing high-impact graphics and multimedia content.
- Strong background in translating technical concepts into accessible, engaging language.
- Track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams, including technical and executive stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
