We are a new rooftop lounge and restaurant bringing an elevated dining and social experience to our community. Our concept blends sophisticated style with genuine hospitality, creating an atmosphere that is upscale, welcoming, and unforgettable.

We are seeking a passionate and driven General Manager to help launch and lead our team. This is an opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys building culture, developing teams, and creating exceptional guest experiences from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and inspire front-of-house and management team members.
• Build a culture centered around professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and hospitality excellence.
• Ensure every guest receives a memorable and elevated dining experience.
• Establish and maintain service standards that reflect the vision of the brand.
• Oversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, training, inventory, and quality control.
• Manage labor costs, operating expenses, and sales performance.
• Support events, promotions, and creative ideas that increase guest engagement.
• Partner with ownership to grow the restaurant’s reputation and long-term success.

What We're Looking For

• Previous leadership experience in restaurant, lounge, bar, or hospitality management.
• Strong ability to train, motivate, and develop team members.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional, polished, and approachable leadership style.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, guest service, and team management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Passion for hospitality and creating experiences guests remember.
