Job Description
Join Our Dynamic ICU Team - Night Shift


- Shift Details:
- Night 3x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:15)
- Ratio: 1:2-3


- Position Highlights:
- Work in a fast-paced, vibrant ICU with IMC experience.
- Engage in critical patient care, including cases such as:
- Sepsis
- Cardiac arrest
- Respiratory failure
- Vent/trach care
- DKA
- Dialysis
- Stroke post TPA
- COVID-19
- Cardiogenic shock
- Surgical recovery


- Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications required; CCRN preferred
- Ventilator experience and ability to manage dysrhythmias essential
- Experience with Pyxis, EPIC & SBARR is a plus


- Patient Population:
- Adult to geriatric patients
- Daily census of 29 with a mix of ICU and IMC


- Scheduling Details:
- Every other weekend required
- Holiday availability needed for major holidays


- Supportive Environment:
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including IV teams, Physical Therapy, and Respiratory Services.
- Access to comprehensive support services like Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, and Rapid Response Teams.


- Orientation & Compliance:
- Complete orientation modules and core compliance items within designated time frames.


- Floating:
- Floating within the facility and to sister campuses as needed.
