Associate General Counsel

Responsibilities Provide attorney support for general corporate and health regulatory matters for the network. Work on regulatory transactions, including compliance, joint commission research, and IRB medical staff matters. Collaborate with the General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel on additional legal matters. Serve as a resource for internal and external stakeholders, offering proactive, responsive legal counsel. Maintain a hybrid work schedule, working a couple of days a week from home. Qualifications Juris Doctorate required. Five (5)‑to‑seven (7) years of experience as a practicing attorney, with an emphasis on healthcare regulatory and transaction matters, including physician relationships and contracts. Membership in the State Bar of Indiana and qualified to practice law in the state. Experience in Medical Staff issues is a plus. Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Excellent customer service orientation, proactive responsiveness, and encouragement of teamwork. Effective teamwork skills and a respect for diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
