Maintenance Trainee Supervisor

Maintenance Trainee Supervisor (Full Time) Company: Marshall County Coal Resources, Inc. Location: Cameron, WV This position is located at Marshall County Coal Resources in Cameron, WV. We are seeking to recruit entry‑level mining mechanics to participate in a maintenance training program in an effort to develop future mine mechanics. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ability to communicate effectively The training program will be a hands on program with minimal classroom time. Ability to learn, work with, and interact with fellow employees in a friendly and safe work environment Performing tasks effectively and efficiently Working safely in all areas Experience 80-hour WV underground red‑had certification is preferred but not required. Experienced certification is a plus but not required. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Completed courses of Voc‑Tech study in electrical, mechanical, welding, and mining programs is preferred but not required. Field experience as an electrician, welder, auto mechanic, or similar career is preferred but not required.
