About the Role:
Training and Leadership Consulting in Houston, TX is looking for a passionate Wellness professional to join our growing team. - Design, implement, and manage wellness programs and initiatives for clients and staff
- Conduct wellness assessments and develop personalized health improvement plans
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions focused on health and well-being
- Collaborate with leadership teams to integrate wellness strategies into organizational culture
- Track, analyze, and report on wellness program outcomes and participant progress
- Provide coaching and guidance to individuals on stress management, nutrition, fitness, and mental health
- Stay current on wellness trends, best practices, and industry research
- Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Wellness, Kinesiology, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in corporate wellness, health coaching, or a related wellness role
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CHWC, ACE, WELCOA) are a plus
- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals at all levels of an organization
- Proficiency in data tracking and reporting tools
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
