Senior Product Marketer

We're looking for a senior product marketer who can help build the product marketing practice at Zuddl.

You'll own core PMM work across positioning, launches, competitive intelligence, sales enablement and customer advocacy. You'll also build the frameworks and working habits that make this work repeatable across the team.

This is a player-coach role. You should be comfortable doing the work yourself, reviewing work from other PMMs, and helping them develop the judgment to own their products independently.

What You'll Own

1. Positioning and Messaging

Own and maintain the messaging system across the Zuddl platform and products.

Work closely with Product, Sales and Marketing to understand what we're building, why buyers should care and where each capability fits in the larger Zuddl story.

Turn product and feature language into clear buyer value. Carry that thinking through the website, launches, sales material and other places where we explain the product.

2. Product Launches

Build and run a consistent launch process for new products and meaningful feature releases.

Set the launch tier, audience, messaging, proof and sales readiness required for each release. Help PMMs make good decisions about what deserves attention and how a launch should strengthen the way the market understands Zuddl.

3. Competitive Intelligence

Build a competitive intelligence practice that stays close to real deals.

Pull insight from sales calls, win/loss reviews, competitor changes and feedback from the field. Turn it into useful guidance for Sales and sharper input for our positioning.

Keep the material current enough that reps trust it when a competitor comes up on a call.

4. Sales and BDR Enablement

Give BDRs and AEs the messaging and material they need to create and move pipeline.

That includes pitches, discovery guidance, competitive material, objection handling, proof points and customer stories.

Spend time with the field, understand where conversations get stuck and improve the material based on how it performs in actual deals.

5. Customer Advocacy

Build a reliable way to turn strong customer outcomes into proof.

Find the stories worth telling and turn them into references, reviews, case studies, quotes and examples that Sales and Marketing can use.

6. The PMM Practice

Create the frameworks, templates and working rhythms that help the PMM team do consistently good work.

Coach other PMMs through positioning, launches, enablement and the day-to-day judgment calls that come with owning a product.

Over time, each PMM should be able to run these systems well without needing you in the middle of every decision.

What We're Looking For

You build systems that people keep using.

You've created messaging frameworks, launch processes, competitive programs or other PMM practices that survived beyond the document they were written in.

You can get from a feature to the reason someone cares.

You're good at working with Product, understanding what something does, and finding the buyer problem and value underneath it.

You have strong taste.

You know when a page, deck or piece of enablement is clear and when it still feels muddy. You can explain why and make it better.

You can write.

You should be able to write a product page, launch story or sales narrative yourself. The finished work should sound like someone who understands the buyer rather than something generated from a product brief.

You understand how Sales uses PMM.

You've spent enough time with reps and deals to know that useful enablement comes from the conversations they're having this week.

You can coach other product marketers.

You know how to review someone's thinking, give useful feedback and help them develop the judgment to own the work themselves.

Experience

• 7+ years in product marketing, primarily in B2B SaaS
• Strong experience with positioning and messaging
• Experience running product and feature launches
• Experience building competitive intelligence and sales enablement
• Experience mentoring, coaching or managing product marketers
• Multi-product SaaS experience is useful
• Experience in martech, events or selling to marketing teams is a plus
