We have arewarding opportunity for a dedicated and innovative Primary Care Physician atan advanced primary care clinic in Tucson, Arizona . In this role, youwill offer primary care services, manage chronic diseases, and advocate forhealth and wellness at an outpatinet clinic. If you are passionateabout prioritizing patient care over quotas and focusing on well-being ratherthan billing, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Highlights:
- Smallerpatient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size)
- 4-dayworkweek option
- Focus on outcomes, NOT production
- Predictable workweek
- Very light call
- Fewer administrative tasks
- $240,000 - $320,000base salary, negotiable based on experience, plus a quality bonus
- $30,000 sign-onbonus

- Paid relocation
Qualifications:
BE/BC family medicine, internal medicine, or internalmedicine/pediatrics
