You would be working alongside a dynamic team of healthcare professionals allowing you to utilize your skills and grow in your profession. Under the direction of our Nursing Supervisor, you would be responsible for the assessment of patients, point of care testing, lab and diagnostic follow-up, and other nursing functions to support quality patient care.Hours for this position are:Tuesday- 8-5Thursday- 8-5What You'll Do:Work directly with patientsPerform Adult and Pediatric Nursing AssessmentsCommunicate clearly with Providers, Patients, and CHS StaffFollow-up on Lab and Diagnostic testingAdminister injections as neededFollow all safety, HIPAA, and regulatory guidelinesWhat We're Looking For:Graduate of a current accredited Nursing ProgramCurrent License to practice in the State of Ohio as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Current Basic Life Support CertificationMinimum of one year as an LPN preferredKnowledge of documenting with EHRStrong communication skills and the ability to multi-taskAbility to critically think and problem solveReliable, professional, and compassionateAt CHS, we value our team and the critical role they play in patient care.
