Or Bachelor's degree and two years of experience in or a combination of retail merchandising, retail setup, computer aided design (CAD) and/or Revit. Degree (one Of) BACHELORS DEGREE - Preferred Major/Minor (one Of) ARCHITECTURE - Preferred INTERIOR DESGN - Preferred Additional Qualifications/Requirements Work – Onsite (HQ – Dallas, Texas/Exchange Location) Remote/Telework not authorized per Presidential Memorandum “Return to In Person Work” PCS Not Authorized/LSP Not Authorized Salary Minimum $62,693.00 Major Duties Draws layouts that include placement of fixtures, furniture, equipment and AEC components, while maintaining ADA/egress requirements. Collaborates with architectural engineer, store experience team and project managers on design details and project milestones. Coordinates design through approval/review process with Regions and MD directorate. Conducts site visits and/or collaborates with team to gather information from the store to determine condition of facilities, fixtures and equipment. Performs other duties as assigned.
