AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

YOUR ROLE

As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and you’re proud of it! You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your real self to work every day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for with a "friends first" mindset. (We will teach you everything you need to know.) You are passionate about AE & Aerie products and educate guests on product details, making suggestions that fit their needs. You share the brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. You can perform well in any zone: the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room or Stockroom, and flex between them as needed. You are an innovative problem‑solver, proactively resolving guest concerns while adhering to company policy. You are a team player, always willing to assist your team to get the job done. You demonstrate integrity, doing the right thing and always following AEO’s policies and procedures.

YOU'RE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF

You love interacting with people. You are energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. You are available to work during guest shopping times (evenings, weekends & holidays). You love AE and Aerie products. You have prior retail experience. You are at least 16 years of age.

REQUEST FOR APPLICATIONS

For Brand Ambassador and Stock positions, hiring will be based on need, however, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. For all other store jobs, applications will be accepted until the Apply Before date (if applicable), but may be extended based on applicant volume.

PAY/BENEFITS INFORMATION

Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location. Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion. Paid Time Off, paid sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level and type, job location, employment classification (part‑time or full‑time / exempt or non‑exempt), and years of service.
