Key Responsibilities: Champion the implementation, monitoring, and verification of food safety, workplace safety, and Quality Assurance (QA) standards across assigned units. Provide clear, actionable written feedback to managers and culinary teams to support continuous improvement and safe operating practices. Partner with unit leaders to identify safety or QA gaps and help drive timely, effective solutions. Collaborate with clients, leadership teams, unit managers, and culinary staff on safety- and QA-related initiatives and improvements. Participate in internal back-of-house inspections and support preparation for external audits.
