TotalWellness, a national provider of corporate flu vaccinations, is looking for temporary Schedulers to work during the busy flu vaccination season from June/July through end of October/1st week of November. Positions are temporary, Monday-Friday. Hours are 8am- 4:30pm in our Omaha, NE office. Casual attire.
Major duties and responsibilities include:
- Responsible for scheduling nurses for nationwide corporate flu vaccination events.
- Contact nurses via phone or email to ensure all assigned events are fully staffed and information about the events is conveyed to the nurses.
Qualifications:
- High School education or equivalent.
- Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software applications.
- Must be detail-orientated and organized.
- Superior customer service and telephone skills.
- Ability to interface with a wide range of people in a professional manner.
- Organizational skills, time management skills, and the ability to prioritize work in a fast paced environment.
- Must be reliable and punctual
