Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the developmental needs of preschool children.
• Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Assess and monitor children's progress through observation and documentation.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's growth and development.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom space.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
• Adhere to all licensing regulations and company policies.
• Promote positive social interactions and conflict resolution among children.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid EEC Preschool Teacher Certification.
• Experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and parents.
• Ability to create and implement developmentally appropriate activities.
• Knowledge of early childhood education best practices and child development.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for teaching.
• Background check and references required.
