Join our team as an Off Hours Stock Associate, working from 9pm to 1am to ensure our store remains organized, stocked, and ready for the next day. Responsibilities:

• Unload shipments safely using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring proper handling of heavy items and produce.
• Organize and stock merchandise efficiently on shelves or in storage areas, maintaining optimal product placement for easy access.
• Utilize RF scanners to accurately track inventory movements, update stock levels, and ensure inventory control.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to uphold inventory accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area, including cleaning shelves, packing stations, and storage zones.
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks by preparing packages for dispatch or processing incoming goods.
• Support merchandising efforts by setting up displays and ensuring products are properly labeled and priced.
• Communicate effectively with team members across departments to coordinate stocking schedules and address any issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with retail stock management is preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and RF scanners safely.
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting, load & unload activities, and standing for extended periods during shift hours.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and stock accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for assisting diverse customer needs.
• Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail sales environments is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently while following safety protocols and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
