Temporary Supply Chain Coordinator We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Supply Chain Coordinator to support procurement and inventory operations. In this role, you will help coordinate material flow, work with suppliers, and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient business operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and supply chain experience.

Supply Chain Coordinator Details:
- Temporary position
- $18.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Various shifts available ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm )
- Process purchasing requests and coordinate with suppliers to meet business needs.
- Assist with procurement activities, vendor management, and pricing comparisons.
- Monitor inventory levels and place replenishment orders as needed. Partner with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure timely receipt of materials.
- Maintain accurate purchasing, receiving, and inventory documentation. Research products and provide recommendations for cost-effective solutions.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and coordinate returns, credits, or replacements with vendors.
- Support special projects and provide backup assistance to the parts team as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Supply Chain Coordinator Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Demonstrated experience with inventory control practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
- Ability to sit for extended periods while performing tasks at a desk or computer workstation.
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, data entry, and handling supplies and materials.
- Ability to view a computer screen for prolonged durations and read both printed and electronic documents clearly.
