Staffing Delivery Manager

Job Summary Virtual Tech Gurus is seeking an experienced and results-driven Staffing Delivery Manager with a strong background in Recruitment, HR Operations, and Staffing Delivery Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment delivery, coordinating with recruiters and account managers, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring high-quality candidate submissions within defined timelines. This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage staffing operations in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end staffing delivery operations for client requirements. Coordinate with recruiters, sourcing teams, and account managers for timely closures. Review and monitor candidate submissions, interview schedules, and offer processes. Ensure delivery metrics and recruitment SLAs are consistently achieved. Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and resource requirements. Maintain strong client communication and ensure quality delivery standards. Support onboarding coordination and HR operational activities. Track team performance and provide guidance to recruitment teams. Generate recruitment reports, delivery updates, and staffing analytics. Improve staffing processes and operational efficiency. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 4+ years of experience in Staffing Delivery, Recruitment Operations, or HR Operations. Strong understanding of staffing and recruitment lifecycle management. Experience working in staffing agencies or consulting environments preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities. Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools is preferred.
