You will serve as a high-impact leader responsible for driving the successful execution of fast-paced commercial and retail construction projects. This role grants you the autonomy to manage complex builds while supported by a growth-oriented team that values a "team-first" mentality. Resolved complex logistical and technical on-site obstacles by implementing creative, proactive problem-solving strategies.

Strengthened project outcomes by maintaining an organized, detail-oriented approach to documentation and contract management.

Evaluated project progress against strict timelines to ensure "Complete Construction" standards of quality are met or exceeded.

Proven experience managing ground-up commercial construction and retail/QSR projects.

Self-motivated professional capable of delivering results with minimal need for micromanagement.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Commercial Project Management role within the construction industry.

Associates Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
