Help students discover their confidence and communication skills by supporting them as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for K-12 learners. This contract position offers the opportunity to work closely with diverse students, collaborate with dedicated educators, and make a lasting impact throughout the academic year.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility) for school settings
• Previous experience working in schools or with K-12 populations preferred
• Competence in developing, writing, and implementing IEPs
• Passion for supporting students’ speech and language development
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to a variety of K-12 students
• Assess and monitor progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Develop, write, and revise IEPs in alignment with federal and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to design individualized support
• Maintain data and documentation required for compliance
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities
• NO teletherapy/VOCO responsibilities—your impact is hands-on and in-person
