OB/GYN Needed in South Florida

OB/GYN Opportunity Miramar, Pembroke Pines & Weston Locations
Join an established, physician-led OB/GYN practice with opportunities across Miramar, Pembroke Pines, and Weston locations.
Practice out of one hospital with access to four office locations (only one office per day; all locations a short drive apart).
Access to a robotic surgery system and mentorship from one of the area's most experienced robotic surgeons.
Experienced midwife support provides backup on call.
Opportunity for advanced IVF training through the group's state-of-the-art IVF clinic.
Exposure to an in-house MFM branch of the practice.
Optional training in cosmetic gynecology procedures for interested physicians.
Visa sponsorship available (J-1 and H-1B).
$300,000 base salary for 3-day-per-week schedule.
Option for 4-day schedule with adjusted higher compensation.
Multiple production incentives to increase earnings.

$3,000 CME allowance plus CME time
Relocation reimbursement
3-day work week (including one call day).
1:5 call schedule from home.
Call supported by experienced midwives for strong work-life balance.
Flexible option to increase to 4 clinic days if desired.
Opportunities in Miramar, Pembroke Pines, and West Florida.
Split time among 4 well-established offices, with only one office assignment per day.
Single hospital coverage simplifies workflow and continuity of care.
