CADD Designer (Civil / Municipal Infrastructure) Location: Council Bluffs, IA Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 + Bonus Employment Type: Full-Time Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Flexible Options Position Overview: HGM Associates is seeking a CADD Designer to join our civil team in Council Bluffs, Iowa, supporting municipal infrastructure and civil engineering projects through high-quality drafting, design, and plan production. In this position, you will support civil engineering project teams by preparing accurate drawings, plan sets, documentation, and quantity calculations while helping ensure deliverables meet HGM and client CADD standards.
