You will work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation, design practical solutions, and ensure successful adoption across the organization. This is not a purely research-oriented role. Success will come from building tools that solve real problems, creating measurable business impact, and helping teams integrate AI into their day-to-day workflows.

As part of a collaborative AI and Data organization, you will work alongside data scientists, AI engineers, product managers, and business leaders to develop and deploy AI-powered solutions across a variety of use cases. Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that improve operational efficiency, decision-making, and business processes.
• Prototype, evaluate, and implement emerging AI technologies, including large language models, autonomous agents, workflow automation solutions, and data enrichment tools.
• Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify high-impact use cases and translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product teams, and technology partners to accelerate AI adoption and share best practices.
• Evaluate external AI platforms and vendors, conduct proof-of-concepts, and lead implementation efforts where appropriate.
• Develop and maintain integrations, APIs, data pipelines, and supporting infrastructure for AI applications.
• Champion AI adoption by educating stakeholders, providing training, and promoting effective use of AI-powered tools and workflows.
• Stay current on advancements in AI and recommend new capabilities that can create business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related quantitative field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
• 3-5 years of professional experience delivering analytically complex and high-quality technical or business solutions.
• Experience with Python, APIs, automation frameworks, data engineering tools, or application development.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic AI frameworks, and workflow automation tools.
• Experience with modern AI development platforms and coding assistants such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Google Gemini CLI, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar tools.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and deliver technology solutions.
• Exposure to data-intensive, analytical, consulting, strategy, financial services, or technology environments is helpful but not required.
