Executive Pastor: Adult Discipleship & Mobilization
SBC Executive Committee
First Baptist Church Powder Springs is seeking the Executive Pastor of Adult Ministries to lead all adult groups, discipleship pathways, and missions. You will design, expand, and multiply environments, coaching staff and volunteers, and align ministries with the church’s vision. You will supervise the Senior Adult Pastor and the Mobilization and Missions Pastor, report to the Senior Pastor, and serve on the Executive Team, focusing on scalable systems, metrics, and kingdom impact across #J-18808-Ljbffr SBC Executive Committee
