Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong semiconductor manufacturing and equipment automation experience to manage and support end-to-end CIM/equipment automation projects. The candidate should understand semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment automation, MES, SECS/GEM and SEMI automation standards, while also having sufficient technical expertise to work with software development and database teams.



Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple semiconductor equipment automation projects simultaneously.
Support end-to-end CIM automation solutions involving MES and semiconductor equipment.
Work closely with semiconductor manufacturing and process-equipment teams.
Manage projects according to established GIS Project Management lifecycle standards .
Coordinate technical and business requirements across multiple stakeholders.
Communicate technical concepts and project status to senior management.
Support QA activities for semiconductor equipment software.
Identify operational issues and drive continuous improvement using 8D, Six Sigma, Kaizen and 5-Why methodologies.
Manage and contribute to technical knowledge bases and documentation.
Coordinate development, testing, deployment and production support activities.
Work with engineering, software, QA, manufacturing and business teams to deliver projects successfully.



Required Technical Skills
Semiconductor manufacturing and semiconductor equipment experience, preferably process equipment.
Experience with equipment automation / CIM automation .
Understanding of MES and Equipment Automation .
Knowledge of SECS/GEM protocols and SEMI automation standards .
Working knowledge of:
Visual Studio
C#
.NET
Python
SQL
Databases
Oracle
Experience with enterprise automation software running on Windows or Unix/Linux environments.
Semiconductor equipment software QA experience is preferred.



Preferred Experience
Previous experience working as a Semiconductor Equipment Automation Developer .
Experience in semiconductor manufacturing environments.
Strong project management experience with multiple concurrent projects.
Experience working with senior management and diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, 8D and 5-Why .



Ideal Candidate Profile
The strongest profile would be someone who combines Semiconductor + Equipment Automation/CIM + Project Management rather than a generic IT Project Manager.
