Location: Columbus, OH

Overview: This position will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end client billing operations, including generating and distributing statements, processing account debits and rebates, maintaining accurate billing data, and updating client information in coordination with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Generate billing statements according to relevant client billing schedule
• Distribute billing statement to client
• Coordinate debiting client fees from accounts
• Coordinate fee rebates for terminated clients
• Work with Data & Reporting team to maintain and clean billing-related data in Portfolio Management system
• Update client billing information when necessary
• Calculating and verification of new clients invoices
• Managing client account receivables

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year experience
• Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Suite (specifically Excel)
• Portfolio Accounting Software experience preferred
• Experience with custodian interaction preferred

Physical Requirements

• This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. • This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.

U.S. Eligibility Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. For U.S. employment opportunities, Corient hires U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill. Corient will require proof of work authorization.
