Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each client’s history, challenges, and strengths.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including individual, family, and group therapy sessions based on best practices.
• Utilize various treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to facilitate healing.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that set clear goals and incorporate appropriate therapeutic strategies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied mental health professionals to optimize client care.
• Engage in crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary to ensure client welfare.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal guidelines.
• Facilitate psychoeducation workshops and support groups aimed at improving clients’ understanding of their mental health.
