Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each client’s history, challenges, and strengths.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including individual, family, and group therapy sessions based on best practices.
- Utilize various treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to facilitate healing.
- Develop individualized treatment plans that set clear goals and incorporate appropriate therapeutic strategies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied mental health professionals to optimize client care.
- Engage in crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary to ensure client welfare.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal guidelines.
- Facilitate psychoeducation workshops and support groups aimed at improving clients’ understanding of their mental health.
