Training Manager
IEC Fort Worth Chapter
IEC Fort Worth is seeking an electrical apprentice Training Manager to support our electrical apprenticeship and workforce development programs, which serve more than 600 apprentices across North Texas. This position provides instructional leadership and coordinates the day-to-day delivery of apprenticeship and workforce training programs. The Training Manager is responsible for instructor development, curriculum implementation, hands‑on training initiatives, classroom operations, and overall instructional quality. High preference for a journeyman electrician, master electrician, or electrical inspector in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Reporting to the Operations & Education Director, the Training Manager works closely with instructors, contractors, apprentices, and industry partners to ensure the successful delivery of apprenticeship and workforce training programs serving Fort Worth and the surrounding communities. The ideal candidate is a respected electrical industry professional who is passionate about workforce development and committed to helping the next generation of electricians succeed. Qualifications include: Master Electrician license strongly preferred Journeyman Electrician license required if not currently licensed at the master level Minimum 5 years of electrical industry experience Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code and industry best practices Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Why IEC Fort Worth?
