IT Vendor Program Manager

IDR is seeking an IT Vendor Program Manager to join one of our top clients. This role is pivotal in supporting the Enterprise Technology & Infrastructure team, which manages collaboration, AV, IT, and workplace technology services through external partners.

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Vendor Program Manager:

• Serve as the primary liaison between external technology partners and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
• Oversee the operational aspects of vendor relationships, ensuring contracts are up-to-date and service levels are consistently met.
• Lead governance activities for key vendors, including conducting Quarterly Business Reviews and managing performance scorecards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sourcing, Procurement, and Legal to manage contract renewals and vendor evaluations.
• Utilize tools like Smartsheet, Jira, and Google Workspace to maintain a centralized repository of vendor commitments and performance metrics.

Required Skills for IT Vendor Program Manager:

• 4-6+ years of experience in IT vendor management or a related field, with a focus on supplier governance and contract management.
• Proficiency in managing vendor governance programs, including KPIs and SLAs.
• Strong understanding of MSAs, SOWs, and vendor contracts, with the ability to enforce contractual terms.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing vendor escalations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present vendor performance updates to senior leadership.
