Certified Medication Aide (CMA)

Join our team at Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living. Our CMAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident's needs.

Compensation: Starting at $18.00/hour, commensurate with experience, $1,500 sign-on bonus associated with certain positions.

Schedule:

• Full-time: 8 hour shifts, weekend option available!

How you will make an impact:

• Supporting the resident's physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely manner
• Administration of medication to residents

What you will need:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Current certification for medication administration – per state requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of medication administration experience preferred
• Current CPR certification preferred
