Production Supervisor

We are looking for a Production Supervisor for a small frozen‑berry processing facility supporting major retailers in Bloomingdale, MI . This role will oversee daily production, safety, quality, and act as the onsite lead when management is remote. This is a hands‑on, floor‑focused leadership position in a cold‑environment food processing setting. Job Logistics Shifts / Hours: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Location: Bloomingdale, MI Day to Day Responsibilities Oversee shift attendance, workflow, productivity Lead floor operations in manager’s absence Maintain safe, clean work areas Complete injury logs & incident documentation Coordinate with maintenance/contractors Provide coverage as needed (forklift, machine ops, QA) Support seasonal production ramps Requirements 3+ years production or supervisory experience Background in food manufacturing, warehouse, or agriculture Knowledge of GMPs, food safety & basic Workers’ Comp Comfortable working in 5–7°C cold environment Compensation Compensation: $65,000 to $70,000 . Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
