Magnolia Post Acute is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our long-term care team.

• 7:00am-3:00pm PT
• 3:00pm-11:00pm FT, PT
• 11:00pm-7:00am FT, PT

Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care to long-term care residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with care standards

Requirements:
• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)
• New LPNs welcome - training and orientation provided
