Job Title: Openshift Java Developer Location: Charlotte, NC Work Arrangement: Hybrid Client Industry: Enterprise BFSI client Duration: 12+ Months Contract Schedule: Monday to Friday, Standard working hours About the Role: Join a dynamic team driving the next generation of sanctions screening technology. We’re seeking a skilled Java Developer with experience in OpenShift, Kubernetes, Oracle, and CI/CD pipelines to contribute to major system enhancements and new feature development. This role offers hands‑on involvement in delivering robust, scalable applications within a complex enterprise ecosystem. Required Skills: Strong hands‑on experience with Java (Spring Boot preferred) Solid experience working with Red Hat OpenShift / Kubernetes Experience with containerization (Docker) and microservices architecture Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend service development Experience with cloud or hybrid environments Strong debugging and problem‑solving skills Compensation: Hourly Rate: $63 - $64 per hour. This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
