Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Rural King is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide friendly, professional support to customers through phone, live chat, and other communication channels. This role assists with online orders, order management, returns, product questions, and issue resolution while partnering with internal teams and manufacturers to deliver a positive customer experience. Assist with online orders, order status, order changes, returns, and general order management. Research and resolve customer questions related to products, orders, shipping, availability, and services. Contact manufacturers and vendors to obtain product, order, warranty, or service information. Track customer returns and follow up on order issues to ensure timely resolution. Partner with coworkers and internal departments to address customer needs and resolve issues. Maintain accurate customer and order information and protect confidential information. Participate in training, workshops, webinars, and other learning opportunities. What We're Looking For 1+ year of customer service, call center, retail, order management, or related experience preferred. Experience supporting customers by phone, live chat, email, or other digital channels. Strong verbal and written communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution skills. Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and software applications. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work effectively with customers, coworkers, manufacturers, and internal teams. Willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve. Qualifications Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds periodically. Ability to navigate and access all required facilities. Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and electronically. Close vision required for computer-related activities.
