Client Service Representative Located in sunny Hollywood, Florida, Emerald Hills Animal Hospital is a full-service animal hospital dedicated to serving Broward County since 1988. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service to pet owners in a polite and timely manner, both in person and over the phone. Schedule appointments, keep accurate records, and provide estimates and invoices for payment. Respond with compassion and empathy in stressful and emotional situations. Maintain a clean and orderly lobby and front‑office area. Guide, mentor, and support fellow team members. Continuously expand your knowledge base and customer service skills. Skills and Qualifications 1+ years’ experience in veterinary or medical practice required. Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience required (retail, food & beverage, etc.). Computer experience and proficiency required: email usage, Word/Excel, operation of office equipment such as fax machine, copy machine, and postage meter. Basic math skills to determine proper deposits, make change, and process payments using a credit‑card and check terminal. Excellent communication skills with clients and team members. Proficient time management, problem‑solving ability, and capacity to handle multiple tasks. Enthusiastic team player with a patient, positive professional attitude.
