Provide leadership and supervision to the Labor & Delivery team during night shifts Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation Participate in staff training and development Need 5 years experience in setting Must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience Charge Nurse experience required Certifications required: NRP, ACLS, BLS, AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring within the last 2 years
