Staff Accountant

Staff Accountant position at Catalent's Greendale, Indiana gummy manufacturing facility. The role involves vendor invoice processing, billing, account reconciliations, and support for month-end and year-end close activities. This is a 100% onsite position within a dynamic finance team.
Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports
- Support customer billing, cash applications, and collections activities
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable subledgers to general ledger
- Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts
- Assist with month-end, quarterly, and year-end close processes and account reconciliations
Requirements
- High school diploma minimum
- Minimum one year of accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Associate's degree in Accounting preferred
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk regularly; occasional lifting of 0–15 pounds
