Program Manager

A well-established aerospace/defense manufacturer is hiring a Program Manager to lead small to mid-size production programs for commercial, business, and military aircraft components. This company specializes in large structural assemblies, machined parts, and chemical processing, and the role is based at its major manufacturing site in Nashville, Tennessee. You'll serve as the main point of contact for external customers and guide programs through production to final delivery.

YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:

TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU'LL NEED:

A bachelor's degree in business management or engineering (or an associate's degree plus 3 years of related experience, or 6 years of related experience in place of a degree), along with 3 years of experience in a project or program team environment.
