Massachusetts Supervisor - Driving

Responsibilities Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm Basic Function: Assist in the day‑to‑day management of a location, ensuring parking operations comply with contractual guidelines, company policies, and procedures while maintaining client relations and a professional image. Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction. Assist in the management of day‑to‑day activities of the assigned locations. Assume management duties as assigned. Courteously assist customers. Assist with maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general maintenance tasks directed by the Facility Manager. Report accidents, violations of company policy, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager. Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills, and other material. Substitute for any position when necessary. Maintain thorough knowledge of the garage, major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the area. Perform other duties as needed. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements include: Education/Experience: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent with at least one month of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Oral Communication: Speaks clearly, listens attentively, and responds well to questions. Written Communication: Writes clearly and informatively; can read and interpret written information. Customer Service: Maintains a positive attitude and responds to service requests. Adaptability: Adapts to changes in the work environment, dealing with delays or unexpected events. Judgment: Exhibits sound and accurate judgment. License Requirement: Holds and maintains a valid state‑issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record. Physical Demands: Frequently sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle objects, and talk. Occasionally climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch. Must lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
