Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be able to work night shifts and may also accept straight nights, but daytime shifts will not be considered.
Unit: Medical Surgical, Unit 6240 - MED/SURG 4AB
Shift:
- Night Shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
- Day Shift: 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be able to work night shifts and may also accept straight nights, but daytime shifts will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical environment.
- Monitor and assess patient health status and update care plans as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and ongoing care.
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in medical-surgical nursing preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
