Construction Manager

We are currently seeking a Construction Manager with 0–5 years of experience in construction management, cost estimating, or a related field. Entry-level candidates with relevant education, internships, or hands‑on construction experience are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate should be ready to handle a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, development of construction cost estimates based on takeoffs,, project scheduling, submittal and RFI’s reviews, maintaining logs, documentation management and site inspections and monitoring. The candidate would also have the opportunity to coordinate with project team members including architects, engineers, and design staff. The position is part of the Project Management and Construction Management Department. This person should be a quick, flexible thinker and problem‑solver who is accustomed to working in fluid teams on tight deadlines. This full‑time position will be based at Colby Co.’s office in Portland, Maine. Occasional travel may be required.
