Build the Data Backbone of a Healthcare AI Startup Join a stealth-mode healthcare venture as their first Data Engineer and lay the groundwork for real-time, high-impact data systems that power clinical decisions Industry: Healthcare AI Domain: Real-time patient data analytics Location: San Francisco / Austin TX / Remote (U.S. only) About the Role Youll be the founding Data Engineer at a healthcare AI startup backed by a leading Data/AI-focused VC firm. This role is ideal for someone who loves building from scratch and wants their work to have immediate impact in a deeply meaningful space. What Youll Do Design and build scalable data pipelines and ETL frameworks Partner with data scientists and AI engineers to operationalize analytics Architect and maintain the companys data infrastructure and lakehouse Ensure data integrity, governance, and security protocols What Youll Bring Expert-level Python or Scala skills Hands-on experience with Spark, dbt, Airflow Proficiency in AWS (Glue, S3, Redshift), Snowflake, or BigQuery Strong SQL and data modeling expertise Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, Terraform Competitive salary + early-stage equity Remote-first team with flexible hours Health, dental, and vision insurance Wellness stipend + generous PTO policy Ground-floor opportunity to shape a data-first organization Work Authorization Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are not able to sponsor work visas at this time or in the future. #J-18808-Ljbffr AllyNd Partners
