With multiple offices across Costa Mesa, Cerritos, Garden Grove, Tustin, Long Beach, Lake Forest, and Placentia, we’re looking for a rockstar Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing, patient-focused team. We’re hiring a full-time Dental Assistant/RDA to support our pediatric and orthodontic practices. This role offers competitive pay ($41.1K - $55.4K annually), a vibrant team culture, and the opportunity to work across multiple locations. Whether you’re an experienced RDA or an entry-level assistant with a passion for kids, we provide training and a supportive environment to help you succeed.

Registered Dental Assistant

Clinical & Chairside Support:

Assist pediatric dentists and orthodontists during exams and treatments

Take digital X-rays and intraoral scans

Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments

Educate young patients and parents on oral hygiene in a fun, engaging way

Help with orthodontic procedures (braces adjustments, appliance placement, etc.)

Patient Interaction & Office Support:

Greet children and parents with enthusiasm and warmth

Schedule appointments and manage patient flow

Maintain accurate records in our dental software

Travel between offices as needed (reliable transportation required)

Work some Saturdays (schedule flexibility is a must)

full-time $41,000 - $55,400 per year

Sunday: Closed

Dental Assistant or RDA certification (or willingness to obtain)

Superior customer service skills – must love working with kids!

Ability to travel between offices (Costa Mesa, Cerritos, Garden Grove, etc.)

Willingness to work some Saturdays

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Great multitasker with a positive attitude

Must pass a background check

Experience in pediatric dentistry or orthodontics

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus!

RDA license preferred but not required
