Patient Care Technician (PCT) - In-Center Hemodialysis (ICHD)DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you'll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate Dialysis care.Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.Set up and maintain dialysis equipment.Record vital signs and patient data.Educate patients on treatment and kidney health.Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members.RequirementsCertified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) certification preferred.Two (2) to five (5) years of experience as a PCT preferred.Experience in Dialysis, In-Center Hemodialysis (ICHD) preferred.Accredited High School diploma, general education development ("GED") credential, or equivalent.Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment.Physically able to work long shifts on your feet.Willing to float between local clinics if needed.Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience.What We OfferPaid training with ongoing education and career paths.Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off.Family support: backup child/elder care, Headspace, EAP, parental leave.Career development Programs: Clinical Ladders, Bridge to Your Dreams RN program.Start your healthcare career with DaVita—Apply Now!
