This role focuses primarily on the strategic planning and execution of our digital and social media channels by managing external agency partners to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, lead generation, and business growth for the CORDURA Advanced Fabrics business.The ideal candidate is a strategic, business-minded marketer who translates business objectives into effective campaigns both online and offline. This highly collaborative role partners closely with colleagues across the global marketing team, cross-functional business teams, and external agencies. The successful candidate is a self-starter who can plan and create compelling content under tight deadlines, engage audiences in real time at key events, and leverage performance insights to continuously improve channel effectiveness. Here, you are encouraged to use and grow your skills in ways that are personally fulfilling and mutually beneficial for you, our customers, communities, businesses and partners.  What You Will DoStrategy and Business Alignment Develop and own the NA/EMEA digital and social media strategy for the CORDURA brand, ensuring alignment with business objectives, marketing priorities, and regional initiativesAlign the NA/EMEA social strategy with the AP regional strategy.Integrate online initiatives with offline events such as tradeshows and key business meetingsPartner with Marketing, Business Development, Product, and Licensing teams to support key business initiatives and ensure alignment across all channelsAttend key industry events and trade shows to deepen brand and market knowledge, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for audience engagement and business growthContent and Channel Management Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channelsManage editorial calendars and content distribution to support campaign objectives, audience engagement, and channel performanceManage agency partners and vendors, ensuring alignment with brand objectives, project deliverables, timelines, investment, and performance expectationsAnalytics and Continuous Improvement Use analytics and reporting tools to evaluate performance, identify trends, and translate insights into recommendations that improve content effectiveness, engagement, and business outcomesEstablish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and dashboards that measure performance and clearly communicate business impactApply emerging technologies, AI-driven tools, and industry best practices to improve digital marketing effectiveness and operational efficiencyServe as the organization's digital and social media subject matter expert, providing guidance on best practices, emerging trends, platform changes, and growth opportunitiesWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Experience in digital marketing, social media, content strategy, or integrated marketing communicationsExperience managing social media channels, content calendars, and integrated marketing campaignsStrong understanding of digital and social media channels, content strategy, digital advertising, email marketing, and channel planningExperience managing agencies, consultants, or external marketing partners and overseeing project execution and deliverablesExperience establishing KPIs, analyzing performance data, and translating insights into actionable recommendationsExperience building dashboards, measuring marketing performance, and communicating results to stakeholdersExperience with stakeholder management, project management, and presenting to diverse audiencesAbility to travel up to 15% of the time to trade shows, including occasional global travelThis role is not eligible for visa sponsorshipWhat Will Put You AheadBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, Public Relations, or a related field preferredPrevious experience defining digital and social media strategiesExperience managing social media presence for both B2B and B2C audiencesCommunity management, as well as asset and content creation experienceExperience translating business goals, audience insights or performance data into digital and social media recommendationsAn understanding of SEO, user journeys, web traffic impacts and how social media contributes to discoverability and digital performanceAbility to speak one or more foreign languagesAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
