We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide essential support and rehabilitation services to individuals with various physical disabilities and conditions. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient conditions based on physical assessments and health history.
• Develop and implement treatment plans that include appropriate therapies and activities.
• Conduct hands-on therapy interventions to improve patient mobility and manage pain.
• Educate patients and families on post-therapy care and routines.

Administrative:

• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation to track progress and treatment efficacy.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to adjust treatments as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
• Must hold a current license to practice physical therapy.
• Strong foundation in physical therapy principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
• Basic computer and internet literacy for maintaining electronic health records.
• Previous experience in a physical therapy or rehabilitation setting is a plus.
