Assess quality of patient care and coordinate patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments. Manage staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management. Perform and oversee scheduling, recruitment, and payroll. Monitor departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts and vendor relations. Minimum Requirements License/Certifications: One or more of the following: Social Worker obtained prior to hire date or Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice obtained prior to hire date. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Leadership/Management Experience: 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
