The Role We’re seeking an Athletic Performance Coach / Certified Personal Trainer who’s equal parts technician and motivator — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment and can connect deeply with every athlete they train. You’ll coach, inspire, and hold athletes accountable — helping them hit measurable goals and build lifelong confidence. The ideal candidate is a Type-A, outgoing, people-first professional who knows how to command attention and drive performance. Responsibilities Coach high-energy group and personal training sessions for athletes and adults. Customize workouts based on athlete goals, fitness levels, and movement ability. Deliver exceptional service, accountability, and education on strength, speed, and nutrition. Build lasting relationships with athletes and families. Ensure safe, efficient, and effective training environments. Represent the D1 brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and passion. Qualifications NCCA-accredited certification (NASM, NSCA, ACE, ACSM, etc.). CPR/AED/First Aid certification (required). Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred). Minimum 1 year of strength & conditioning, group, or personal training experience. Energetic, confident, and adaptable personality — great with adults and kids.
