Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort is looking for their next dedicated Food and Beverage Administrative Assistant to join the team! Schedule: Day - to include weekends and holidays as needed.

Key Details about role:

• Manage payroll, scheduling, and team member timekeeping.
• Serve as the primary administrative support for the Food & Beverage leadership team.
• Coordinate Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), amenities, and department communications.
• Maintain the Food & Beverage calendar, meetings, and special events.
• Support purchasing, invoicing, and operational reporting.
• Utilize systems including Salesforce, Unifocus, BirchStreet, OpenTable, ONQ etc
• Handle incoming calls and assist team members with departmental needs.
• Maintain accurate records, files, and confidential information.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment while balancing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Support daily office operations: Provide administrative support such as word processing, data entry, filing, and copying to support department operations
• Delight our guests: Respond promptly and professionally to all guest interactions
• Manage communication: Answer telephones, handle email communications, and process correspondence in a timely and efficient manner
• Coordinate travel arrangements: Organize and manage bookings for department managers
• Support special projects: Assist with departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments
