What You’ll Own

• Prepare and post journal entries while ensuring accuracy across the general ledger
• Perform account reconciliations , analyze variances, and resolve discrepancies proactively
• Play a key role in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Support preparation of financial statements and internal reporting
• Assist with cash management , including banking activity and reconciliations
• Apply GAAP across accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and lease accounting
• Identify and drive process improvements across accounting and reporting workflows
• Partner with operations and business leaders to ensure accurate financial insights
• Support internal and external audits

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Hands-on experience with general ledger and month-end close
• Strong reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Experience working within ERP/accounting systems
• CPA (or in progress) is a plus
